We are rolling out the use of DAP (Data, Assessment, Plan) format when completing your crisis summary at the end of each crisis contact. In order to have an effective and efficient roll out, we are requiring all volunteers to complete e-learning training in Litmos by July 31, 2022. 

Starting in June through the month of July we’ll will make available e-learning training with the option to attend one virtual session in June. We’re as asking volunteers to register for the training option (virtual or e-learning) that best fits your schedule. For everyone that opts to complete the training virtually, you will have until July 31^st to complete. This training should take approximately 1hr.

As volunteers we appreciate your time and we understand the implications of adding a training requirement to your schedule. Therefore, you may complete the training during a time that is most convenient for you outside of your scheduled shift however, we want to ensure that there are ample opportunities to complete training within the allotted time period before taking your next crisis contact (starting July 1^st).  Please note, shift coverage will be made for everyone that is on the schedule and has not completed the training or attended one of the training sessions by July 1^st.
